This morning at 8:10 am the Lauderdale County Sheriff's Department's SWAT team served a search warrant in the 1300 block of Sandflat Road. The search warrant was issued pursuant to an ongoing investigation by the East Mississippi Drug Task Force with the assistance of the Mississippi Bureau of Narcotics. Based upon the investigation and search warrant, Timothy Lavelle Cole (45 year old B/M) was arrested and charged with the following felony crimes -

1.Trafficking methamphetamine while in possession of a firearm 2.Trafficking cocaine while in possession of a firearm 3. Trafficking Fentanyl while in possession of a firearm 4. Trafficking ecstasy while in possession of a firearm 5. Trafficking Oxycodone while in possession of a firearm 6. Felon in possession of a firearm

And 2lbs of an unknown substance that will be submitted to the state crime lab.

Cole has a total bond of $390,000.00. This case will be submitted to the next available grand jury.
