SCAMMERS are calling the workplace of individuals advising that they are the Lauderdale County Sheriff's Office and are needing them to go purchase a Green Dot Card for certain fees or fines that must be paid or the individual will go to jail. We are not calling and we will never ask anyone to purchase a Green Dot Card. Hang up and DO NOT engage in conversation. If you have questions, please feel free to call us at 601-482-9806.
